Building on the strengths of the Radical 3, version 4 offers significant improvements such as improved back protection and an integrated parachute pocket. Designed for hike-and-fly, it is suitable for both on-site and hike-and-fly practice.
Particularly suitable for your mountain flights and hike and fly, the Radical 4 is a lightweight reversible harness with removable airbag (OPTIONAL), including an integrated reserve parachute under the skin in the harness.

The RADICAL4 is an ultra-light string harness ( 920g in size M) designed for mountain flying.
When used with its airbag option , it transforms into a harness equipped with airbag protection, a rescue pocket and a reversible bag . This option makes it a versatile harness for safety on demand… and above all simplicity at every stage.
Its sleek design expresses the spirit in which it was designed: keeping only the essentials to magnify the flight experience. Its featherweight does not detract from its comfort , thanks to its foam back, nor from its efficiency in turns : the support is precise, cushioned (the independent thigh straps, stiffened with mylar, pleasantly erase the irregularities of the air mass) and balanced (its structure cleans up parasitic movements).
The RADICAL4 gives "a feeling of smooth control, of piloted gliding", describes Yoann Chavanne, its designer. This soft precision in driving is explained by its ability to deform to adapt to the rider's body.
Well accessorized (pole holder, removable waist belt) the RADICAL4 reveals itself in its finishing details. We touch with our eyes: each useful detail, each worked finish, each material chosen for its nobility and durability. The structure of the strap and the chassis, the subcutaneous airbag repositioned in front of the harness and using a rod designed with a resistant material, have been designed to improve safety. The backpack and the harness have been designed separately to push the technical and aesthetic solutions to their limits.
