It’s a great day of flying, some kind of multi-flying for sure, and you’re a pilot in training… or working on your latest aerobatic maneuver… or you’ve got a line of passengers wanting to go tandem. After every great flight, it’s crucial to get back to the ground as quickly as possible to maximize the day. Whether your return to takeoff is by foot, bus, or elevator, the GYPSY fastback is designed to quickly gather your wing into an easy-to-carry, comfortable backpack that will protect your kit and your back as you get back to the surface.
To use your GYPSY, simply throw the folded glider on top, place your harness and helmet on top, then pull the cord through, securing it with the Fixlock. Close the bag with the two sturdy clips and use the side compression straps to tighten everything up and keep the load close to your back. The comfortable carrying system is made for walking (but we won't tell if you're taking the elevator). The back system is cleverly designed to provide ample padding where you need it, as well as room for air to circulate where you don't. A separate riser bag keeps your risers tidy and tangle-free. All made from high-quality, durable ripstop nylon, with handy side pockets to store your radio or a drink wherever you can access them, and a top handle for easy transfer to a vehicle or lifting.
The GYPSY comes in three sizes in bright BGD colours: yellow is the smallest size, for small kits and lightweight wings; blue is medium for standard solos and the purple version is large enough for a full tandem kit.
